WHAT IS BODY LINGUA YOGA?
Body Lingua Yoga is a philosophy created by Kristina Riccio. Through Kristina’s journey of figuring out how to best treat her own body, she learned the importance of truly tuning in and listening. What she found is that after a while she could hear and feel her body’s signals but didn’t quite understand their meaning. Through Body Lingua Yoga, Kristina creates a safe space for people to fall in love with and learn the language of their bodies.
